Programs & Declaring Your Major – What mathematics programs does SFU offer?

Achieving Academic Success – How do I succeed in my courses?

  • The advisor is available to provide you with valuable resources on how to achieve success in your courses.  In addition, the advisor should be consulted when you are repeating courses or experiencing academic difficulty.

Degree Progress & Graduation – How do I know if I am on track?

  • The advisor is available to review degree progress and graduation requirements for students enrolled in all programs offered by the Department of Mathematics.  It is important to come in for course/program planning early on in your degree and to check your progress well before you apply for graduation.

Careers and Opportunities – What about math beyond the classroom?

  • The advisor is available to provide you general information about careers and opportunities to volunteer, research and learn outside the box in mathematics.

Be sure to checkout the Advisor FAQ section if you are looking for a quick answer to a frequently asked question!  Is your question or concern not addressed on our website?  Please feel free to drop-in and see the advisor!  At the very least, the advisor can point you in the right direction!
